Inhibition of USP14 activity induces apoptosis in gastric cancer cells. (A) MKN74 and SNU216 cells were treated with IU1 and lysed; they were then subjected to immunoblotting analysis. (B) MKN74 and SNU216 cells were treated with IU1 for 48 h and subjected to immunoblotting analysis. (C) MKN74 and SNU216 cells were subjected to USP14 knockdown, followed by immunoblotting analysis.
