Additional systemic overexpression of TM4SF5 in Apc^Min/+ mice led to intramucosal adenocarcinomas in the intestines. We analyzed the intestines of Apc^Min/+ (n = 4) or Apc^Min/+:Tg^TM4SF5 (n = 6) mice at 26 weeks old using hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining.
