Depletion of JAK2 upregulates activities of GSK3beta and Fyn. (A) JAK2 knockdown cells were induced to differentiate into neuronal cells for three days and subjected to immunoblotting for GSK3beta and Fyn. (B) JAK2 knockdown cells were induced to differentiate into neuronal cells for 2 days and then treated with 2.5 μM of the GSK3beta inhibitor LiCl or saline vehicle for 24 h. Whole-cell lysates were prepared on day 3 for Western blot analysis. (C) JAK2 knockdown cells were induced to differentiate into neuronal cells for three days and then examined for GSK3beta and Fyn expression levels by immunoblotting.
